Postpartum Support
The birth is the doorway; the fourth trimester is the house you live in. Our postnatal visits wrap practical help and quiet companionship around your early weeks, so you can rest, feed and bond.
What postnatal care looks like
A postnatal doula mothers the mother. Visits typically run three to four hours: while you nap or feed undisturbed, we hold the baby, fold the washing, warm a nourishing meal and answer the twenty questions that arrived since yesterday. No judgement, no schedule imposed — your home keeps its rhythm, only gentler.
Packages usually span the first six to twelve weeks, tapering as your confidence grows. Many families begin with two visits a week and adjust from there.

Common questions
Is this like a maternity nurse?
A maternity nurse takes charge of the baby, often overnight. We care for the whole family — you first — and build your confidence rather than replacing it.
Can we start after the birth?
Absolutely. Many families call us in week two or three when the visitors leave and reality arrives. If we have availability, we come.
Do you help with twins or older siblings?
Yes — extra hands matter even more then. We shape the package around your household, including time with older children.
Rest first. Everything else can wait.
